BRS Autodesign Wide Body Redesign
Okay, We heard all your feedback regarding the our wide body and we are ready to offer a redesign if we can get some response on this. Please comment on if the front bumper will be redesigned to match this rendering:
I think this woluld be a much better design. It definately has the potential to be a very clean kit (...extreme in the wide body category obviously, but clean in its design). My only advice would be to get rid of the horizontal line in the middle of the front bumper. Good job.
ditto on removing the horizontal line.
also, you have the area on the bumper below the cutouts and above the splitter, i would remove like 80% of that by moving the cutouts lower.
edit. or making them larger

looks alot better than before but i think the front looks to bulky. i think it would look better with the same basic idea, but let the front slope down more sorta like the c-west longnose kit but not that extreme, then flow down into the cutouts and integrate the front lip diffuser into it better so it doesn't look out of place. then it'd look alot better. the rear view of the kit should flow into the bumper better also imho. has alot of potential but needs to be more sleek looking if i were to buy it. front fenders and sides look pretty good.
i agree with the above mentioned changes on removing the horizontal cross bar & lowering the opening but im sure these are structural pieces/designs as well..........much better than the previous version indeed....

Remove the horizontal line in the front bumper. Turn the vertical lines into an angle, such as as 45º degree going from top left of the bumper to bottom right, still leaving about 6-8" from the bottom right to the edge of the grill opening.
So, shape the front bumper a little more curved so you can offer some optional canards so the fornt looks more curved and smooth. The current design makes it look "boxy" imo.

Actually, our first design was off a JGTC car also. I'd like to thank everyone for the input. We are going to finish with the Ver. 2 front bumper before SEMA. Please continue posting comments. Thanks.

Not bad... I personally like this design! Just need to get those rear renders UP much like the JGTC car, and figure out whats going on with the front bumper.
