veilside lip color question

Has anyone painted the lip a different color other than the body color? My car is chrome silver but was thinking of spraying the lip gunmetal or black. If you guys can post some pics, that be great

look for pics of guys with the carbon fiber lip VS lip. It would be sort of the same effect. I left the center of mine unpainted - that looks good too.
