Hey everyone,

I'm on the fence right now between the Nismo wing and the stock OEM spoiler.

I was wondering if anyone has any comments about the Nismo that would nudge me one way or the other? The only reason I'm not going with the Nismo outright is because of the bulky "filler" piece that separates the two supports. Anyone else think it takes away from the wing, or am I just crazy?

I have one and I love it ...I do not think the support takes away from the wing. If you want one without supports try http://www.evo-r.net/product/type-S/index.htm
Its all a matter of taste.

 

I love everything about my NISMO wing, except for the weight. But that is probably going to be the same with any big wing

I have the same concern, except for the part about the support between the legs. I don't mind that.
But every ricer has a big wing, even economy cars have big spoilers from the factory.
The little understated spoiler really does make a statement =
I don't need a phony wing to look or be quick.

So I am unsure myself.
I know I am getting the NISMO front lip spoiler, for sure.
Side and rear pieces, I can live without.

Just can't decide on the rear spoiler.
Has anyone installed it and posted if the weight requried the stronger stays on the rear deck?
That is an additional couple hundred I don't want to lay out.

 

IMO the stays are not needed. I did however take the weights out of the rear hatch.
