Default Buyer Beware!!

Anybody interested in upgrading any kind of bulbs must steer away from:

www.xtremewhite.com
www.nextcollection.com
www.eautoworks.com

I ordered some H7s for my highbeams and some 194s for my parking lights from xtremewhite (all 3 sites are afiliated). I decided I would pay through a wire transfer. I asked for the info necessary to wire the money. From experience in banking, I know that a wire transfer goes through the same day if sent in the morning, so that's what I did. I didn't hear from them in a couple of days. I wrote to them asking if they had received the money. Nobody answered my email... I wrote again... nobody answered. Finally, I called. They said they hadn't received any notification from their bank. Not satisfied with the answer I waited another day or two.

Still not having heard from them, I decided to call their bank. I was able to get confirmation that they had received the funds. THE SAME DAY I WIRED THEM!! They told me they don't notify anyone when they get a wire transfer because they're supposed to check their account balances fairly often. To say that I was very upset at this point is an understatement. Some 10 days had gone by at this point. This got even more frustrating when that same day I got an email stating my order had been voided and that I could return to their site and re-place my order. I called them again.

At first, they were hanging on to the same story about not having received notice from the bank. I really let them hear it... I was placed on hold... then I was told that they had received the funds, but they weren't enough to cover some service charges from their bank. 2 things: 1, I wasn't notified about any service charges when I was emailed wiring instructions and 2, why was I told via email that my order was voided instead of being notified I was supposed to pay $15 extra dollars for wiring the money. To begin with, ask anybody in banking and they'll tell you the recipient never pays to receive money. In fact, the money goes directly into their account. You can assume they really heard me again... I was told they could mail a refund check and that's what I opted for however, I am not expecting it. I wouldn't be suprised if it never comes and they claim they sent it.

The only way the $64.87 they stole from me can be worth something is if anyone that reads this note and everyone they know NEVER shops from any of these websites. I am asking you to spread this story to anyone you know and in every other forum you visit. THANK YOU!
