it will probably slow him down and lower the gas mileage

Those are 19s. They just look small in the pics for some reason. When I get me customs they will be 20's.
I am not going to get a wing. I am trying to be a little different. I like the sleeker, cleaner look.

bat, the v2 looks very sweet. i like it alot cause it has alot of length but not obnoxious height, looks great!
