you tinted your mirrors blue?

doesnt that reduce its effectiveness? i would think that especially at night the tint would render the mirror virtually useless.

maybe not, but it seems that way. gotta give you props for being original though.

I di ti because i'm tired of turning my mirrors away at night, due to the high glare of today's headlights. I got the tint from discount auto for $15 and took me 15 minutes to install. It's actually 35%, but it's still too dark for day driving, it kind of blocks alot of light during the day. I'm gonna look for something a little lighter to knock down the "glare" of headlights at night, but keep goo visibility at night. I know they probably have something that may even be "CLEAR" that i could install and reduce "HEADLIGHT GLARE". i hate driving at night when theres headlights blasting me from all 3 angles, top rear view and both side views.

HEY, at least im trying.
My dads new acura CL or TL comes with tinted rear views, WHY DON't the Z ?

somebody with plenty of time should try to retrofit the Acura mirrors to the Z, that would be a very wealthy person soon.........

For my G35c, I have Huper 40% and that does a great job of reducing glare for the side view mirrors.
