Default Adjusting the Headlights / Problem

I know where the adjustment point is for the assembly. I've seen it while installing the turn signal lamps. But I cannot locate a hole for the screwdriver (see diagram) to enter and reach the adjustment point. Has anyone adjusted the assembly using the method shown in this diagram?

use a flashlight, make sure you have a long screwdriver. I actually found it easier to do it from the bottom by removing the fenderwall. i don't have a camera with me right now, but I could show you when i get home, it's pretty visible.

Thanks Jun...I finally found a 14" screwdriver, but I'm dammmed if I can locate the right place to put it. I'd go in thru the fender, but I have to jack the car to do that and she won't be level.

You a really long screwdriver and you must have a flashlight. Use the flashlight to find the adjustment wheel. Its deeper than you think it is.

I've got a 14" inch long screwdriver...just need to know if that hole exists 'cause I can't find it.

the adjustment is there.... it took me some time to find it. i couldn't locate it the first time, but then i printed out the diagram (like you posted above) and with that diagram, a flashlight, and a screwdriver that was as long as a sword i was able to adjust it.
good luck.

Thanks to eveyone for the replies.

I was under the impression that Nissan had provided a guiding hole to the adjustment gear. They did not. Just locate the GREY gear next to the housing with the aid of a flashlight (most everything else around it is BLACK), place the business end of a PHILIPS head screw driver on it and turn. An eleven inch driver will reach. You'll be blinding oncoming traffic in no time.
