I personally don't like it much since it seems a bit glossy/shiny when compared to the rest of the interior. The Z panel in the center also added to the rice factor, but to each his own. If you are happy with it keep on modding.

 

yeah I know the Z panel is a little "Rice Boy" I wanted the solid aluminium DIN but in the end I do like this one being that I can light it up auburn and it looks bad @ss at night IMO.

i painted mine PPW, but i sanded the texture and clearcoated.

Looks good! I was considering to paint the center console the same way as toykilla. Along with the black plastic on the door where the switches are, and the rear strut plastic(not sure about the rear as it might give off some glare).

 

i did the same as toykilla xept in silverstone

it looks much better sanded down than with the texture

 

high reflective materials hide imperfections, wish our z's interior plastics are prone to picking up easily...so it retrospect, its not a bad idea

I even paid someone to take the center apart and spray paint it. haha...I still think its the best $50.00 mod I ever spent on
