I think he meant he bought a new car..better than track (due to the bolt ons) and the new car has a clean title...as opposed to his blue one which must be salvage at this point.

The plates are different on the blue car and the silver one...so it's not the same car.

He says he "fixed it from a performance model to a better than track model" to which i say... bullsh!t as well. Like someone else said, if he were to have painted the whole car from blue to ss... under the hood wouldn't be a diff shade, it'd either still be blue (cheaper paint job) or exactly the same shade of silver as the exterior.

Not to mention he said he had a "performance model" which to the best of my knowledge comes w/ the 6-spoke 18" wheels... not the 7-spoke wheels in his pictures.

I feel bad for the next person that unknowingly purchases a car that has been "pieced" together.

And please dont say that we're jealous... i always see the childish ppl trying to argue and the first thing out of their mouths when they're trying to defend themselves is "don't be jealous, bla bla"... I mean... wat would we be jealous of? We all own a Z... just not a frankenstein Z as you describe your's to be.

And i'm with maxipad... i feel sorry for the next guy who purchases "2 cars" that have both been salvaged, but scammed around enough to be a "clean" title...

Have you ever met people who lie about things for no reason? I have, they are annoying. If you all believe anything that about the 12 rollovers and cutting the two salvage cars to make one non-salvage car, I have a bridge to sell you.

We're all jealous...

I would love to see some pictures of the welds holding the 2 car together. That would be really cool. Can you post some pictures for us please? Also are there any pictures of the cars being put together or maybe some pictures of the other halfs that were cut off? That would be really cool to see also. Maybe you can put the car on a lift and take some pictures from the under side of the car. That would be a cool picture with the weld going from one side to the other.

piecing cars together is not all that bad.. copart anyone?

the question i have is why is your blue one on a salvaged car lot?
also if you got 40 grand.. why not sell your rollover and buy a new clean car and mod it.. insurance and sale would definatelly bring you up to about 50k, that's more then enough for a new car and some mods.

so, in conclusion you either really like what you do / this whole thing is BS, or it was a really stupid move.

This kind of reminds me of the "Pimp My Ride" where the guy had 2-3 cars pieced together as one. They deemed that car "unpimpable"...

Here's a thought that just occured to me: why didn't you just look at the used cars on this forum? You can pick up one with more mods for around 25k, and it would be ONE car...

The $40K from the insurance company line should have iced the cake of this story for everyone.

Yeah, OK.
