Default Suite E interior

Hey.. I was looking into getting my interior done in the Suite E blue CF... but before I do that, would that void my factory warranty? Normally, that wouldnt matter too much because Im closing in on 36k anyway, but Ive been starting to have the common problems with my driver side windows. If I had the dash kit in before they fixed my window problem, would that void the warranty?

Technically, the manufacturer (and by association the dealer) is supposed to prove that your mod didn't cause the issue. However, this depends on how willing you are to fight it. If you already have issues, you should probably get it taken care of now. I'd be interested to see how they can explain an interior decorative change caused a window issue.

I was thinking that they could blame that since the dash kit also replaces the L & R armbars where the controls for the windows are... I will just call Nissan and get them to repair it now and wait on ordering the dash kit for a few weeks to save myself the headache.

The window switch pads get replaced. The switches themselves pop in and out. Do you have an intermitent problem that may be traced to the switch? If so let them replace the switches first. But if it is a regulator or motor problem it cannot be attributed to the switch, or the switch holder.
