just got my air walker front bumper installed. fitment was perfect and it looks really good...i am very happy with it. however, the radiator and oil cooler are exposed without anything for protection. any suggestions on what to get? the bumper did come with built in clips to hold a screen/grill so its just a matter of getting one that will look nice with the bumper. after getting that installed, i will have it painted and then get some pics.
thanks in advance for any suggestions/comments...out
fittment does look good... I didn't think I would like this bumber, but on your car it actually looks very clean! Looking forward to seeing more completed pics.
How does it flow with the stock sides? is is much lower than stock?
thanks....actually, i think this bumper blends well with the stock sides and rear...i am dropped down 1/2" inch front and rear on hks coilovers with stock 17's for now. i plan on getting 19" volk sf winning in gun metal or black to fill up the fender wells and a little more drop as well.
Bigger wheels always make body kits look better... you could also space out your stock wheel ~20mm and lower the car some more, should have a similar affect.
The flow does seem to work though, look forward to seeing it complete!
heya djk...the bumper runs about 850.00...seems like a lot but this bumper fits perfect and looks great. i already had the guys down at the body shop take a peek at it mounted and they said its one of the best fitting bumpers they have seen. i have had no problems scraping at all....i'd say the height is close to stock +/- and inch or less. i should have this painted and installed by next weekend where i can post up more pics.
I used to really dislike this bumper... but i noticed it's only on the silver cars that i didn't like it... for some reason on the blue and the black there it looks amazing
