body kit on sony/xplod 350z

I was wondering if any knew what company makes this body kit, which was displayed at SEMA. Unfortunately, I only have this front view.

Thanks for the quick response. Does anyone know if that splitter is made from urethane or carbon fiber. I am assuming urethane since the stillen site makes no mention of it.
