DAMD rear diffuser

Has anyone seen the underside of this thing? I am just wondering if it is for show purposes or if it is actually functional.

yeah, i was wondering the same thing. i saw the pics at bulletproof but couldn't figure it out. That is a nice DAMD diffuser...
