Removing F&R "NISSAN" Emblems

Does anyone know the best way to remove the emblems w/o damaging the paint ?

im "pretty sure" there are 2 holes under them though? i havent removed them on a Z yet. but i did remove the 350Z logo on the hatch, to install my Fairlady Z badge. no holes under that one!

There are two holes behind the rear emblem (except roadster) and two bumps under the front emblem.
