i removed my headliner and sunvisors and painted them black
ok so today i was bored and i started searching the threads and came across a guy who took out his headliner and painted in black, well i have been wanting to do something with my lately so i thought i wud try it, well it was very simple to remove only a couple screws then went to autozone and bought some fabric spray paint and painted both my headliner and my visor. I didnt all this in about 3 hours and thats removing, painting, and reinstalling. It was very simple and i think it looks awesome here are some pics of the install

and some more pics, when the camera took the pic of the final instal it looks a little bit lighter in the picture but the headliner almost matches perfect to the a billar as far as darkness or how black it is

yes the paint bonds to the plastic great i just put a couple coats of paint on the plastic and it worked fine i wud suggest cleaning your headliner very good before painting, i used carpet cleaner and it worked fine but i used dupli-color vinyl and fabric paint

good job. we did a friend's car like that. The only thing with that duplicolor is that the car smells like paint for a while especially in this hot weather. You did a good job though. No blotchyness.
