This came off of Shaun's kit and has been sitting for the last two years. It's an authentic Amuse piece and not a replica.
This piece is not offered for sale separately by Amuse therefore I don't really know how much this is worth. This wing is made of fiberglass and other comparable fiberglass wings of the same size and quality such as the NISMO V2 and V3 range from $2500-$2800 plus shipping brand new.
PM your final price if you are welling to ship internationally, also considering that the 3rd brake light is missing.

The top part of the wing on Amuse's car seems to just be painted black. It does look like they added a carbon fiber gurney flap to the top of the rear wing which might be what is leading you to believe that the entire top of the wing is carbon.
If you send me your full shipping address I will look into how much it will cost to ship the wing to your destination.
In regards to the third brake light, I'll make an effort to head down to the body shop to see if it is there.
