Drivers door, and the door glass (both sides are gone). As well as the hinges for the trunk lid.

DDK it would be best to confirm everything with a dealer or shop that specializes in these vehicles. I generally try to not give advice on fitment unless I have physically bolted up the part in question to the application in questions, and that is something I have not done in this case.
