Damn, how did that happen? i live in Miami area, if it was a little better i am ok with it, but i am not sure...
It was the sun, unfortunately I don't have a garage and this happened even washing and waxing the car every single weekend and sometimes during the week. You might be able to sand it down and respray the clear but I am no expert at that, unless you want to take advantage of the weight savings which are massive compared to the OEM hatch that weighs a ton.

FYI, This looks from the pictures to just need a good heavy cut compound / compound, polish then wax.
Maybe start with 2000 wetsand..
Worst case senerio, a 2500 wetsand and clear coat (spray bomb) and you wont be able to tell (but you can cut corners and lie to yourself this way)
