dunno if you have noticed this, but with this part of the board being right at the top, it seems that some just post questions into the first thread they can instead of reading what the thread is truly about. could it be possible to put this part of the board back at the bottom of the listing?

Yeah I knoticed that..
At the same time I think if its moved to the bottom it may go overlooked..

 

Personally, I have found that those who have an opinion to be voiced,( such as that typically refered to as feedback), will find the area in which to express their displeasure. Regardless of the location.

 

or just change the name of the forum section itself to Forum News and Issues, and change the sub forum title description to forum related issue/problems only, then place a sticky in here stating what should be posted in this section.
