If you post a ":" and a "p" together, it will display a face sticking the tongue out. A way to bypass it is to put a space in between, like ": p". Same thing with : and ), which will produce a smiley face like this . Hope this helps.

You never noticed that when you're composing a new post or replying to a post, that if you click on any of the smilies (graphics) it inserts the text strings that are used to generate that smilie?
