Can this still be done? Market place is not an option in the "Search in forums" selection.

 

We'll take a look into making the Advanced Search available for the Marketplace section (seems to call the site Advanced Search section). In the meantime, there is a search available on the Marketplace index page called Search the Marketplace.

 

Cool, thx. The reason I tried using it is that the Marketplace is completely cluttered up with threads for items that have already been sold. I wasted alot of time there the other day looking for an item because I had to read through all of the threads of sold items. If you could come up with a system that requires that the seller to close/delete the thread once the item has sold, that would be great.
