Yeah I see regular members with customs avatars AND user titles, what gives?? Were you grandfathered in before a major change or something?

I do the same thing. It's almost like someone's online "face". If they are going to make people pay for a custom Avatar they ought to at least include a LOT more choices for the non-paying members.
