So star350z from this forum stole $500 from me via PayPal. He has committed fraud. Here is the story. I posted in CLASSIFIED under WANTED "Looking for 2006 Stock OEM Z Wheels" He replies saying he has them. So we agree on the price $500 via PayPal shipped to me. I send him an electronic check via PayPal and it took about 4 days to clear. We are email back and forth to check status of money. Finally the e-check is cleared and I send him an email saying "PayPal says it cleared and the money is taken out of my bank account" He does not reply back. It has been over a week after that email and no reply. star350z has my money but did not ship the wheels. What should I do? Can you help me out? Here is his PayPal account hesjigged@aol.com

yea, file a complaint with paypal and more than likely they will give you the money then chase him for their money.

I bought something off of him on G35driver and he said they were shipped on the 21st and i still got nothing I started the claim with paypal today and if that don't work I paid him with my AMEX so i will just dispute it. But definetly file a claim with paypal.

log in to your paypal account then go to resolution center and you should be able to start a claim there

 

I just started a claim. I filed an open dispute. It says I have 20 days to get it resolved. What happens if he doesn't send me the wheels or money within 20 days. What do I do then???

 

if he don't respond within a few days you can turn it over to paypal to decide and they will see that I have any open claim too and we should get our money
