The joke thread in The Lounge has a number of jokes that contain racial slurs. Are there any forum guidelines that deal with this or is anything allowed?

 

It's ok as long as the race you're making a comment about is your own race. For example, I can say white people dance like goofballs because I'm white. Who knows why it's this way... but it's just the way it is...

Maybe i was being a little outspoken about MIke Vick but he should be killed. we do not need trash like that on this earth.
there is a difference between a black man and a "N" word.
just like there is a difference between white and white trash.
ANyone can be called the N word.

i love this forum... people can use racial slurs all they want and nothing happens.. but the min you argue with another member about something car related then everyone is up in arms and wants to ban you.

NO, i see it's wrong like i said i was not in the right mind thread. i apologized and rid of the thread i wrote. i felt bad. i was just so furious and angered with him that it just kind of came out. i guess i see why they use the * stars so you don't see what yo u really say, b/c i'm sure in that thread someone else said the N word and it was just ** out. again i'm sorry. i fixed it. didn't mean to step on anyones dick.

Doug I hate to break this to you but is anyone calling Tiger Woods or David Robinson names like that. No, You know why? They are not worthless pieces of $hit. M. Vick has a troubled past and his lack of compassion, morals and integrety are suspect. If you were standing up for a decent human being I'd agree with you 100%. But, you're not. Vick is getting what he deserves.
