Can we get better moderators

Since when does the "rest of the 350Z community" think that my350z.com is "a joke?" If I recall correctly, my350z.com was the biggest of all the 350Z forums. If everybody's here, there's probably a good reason for it, right? You must be on some good ****? Pass it my way.
How do we, the current mods/admins, not police the immature threads? While I do agree that some threads do go unnoticed longer than necessary, but the job does get done eventually. We just had an increase in Super Mods (read: banning powers). If you want us to start handing out bans to completely rid of stupid threads, we can. But just think how much fun that would be for everybody.
Now, if you spent part of your time here contributing and helping others, instead of b1tching about how the mods/admins can't do our job (which most of us don't get paid for), us mods can waste less time reading threads like this and maybe even do what you want us to do. And because you'd be helping us, the job will get done much faster.
You always have a choice to not be here. Take advantage of it. Trust me, we don't mind.
Thanks,
Chris (too sick and tired of the ones with sand in their vag.. and already had a rant thread in the Drag forum)

This is probably the best forum I have ever been on, the mods do their job just fine. If you want **** mods banning all the noobs before we get a pick at them, then that would be just plain wrong. I think the mods are doing great, they are only human (or so I have been instructed to say).
Although there are some times when idiots do get away with posting unnecessary crap, it is always taken care of in a reasonable time frame. Silverstone-Z is right.. the aforementioned n00b eaters are here to try to straighten up whoever needs a little discipline. Sometimes a swift banning isn't as effective as the wrath of Hraes (Vo, Dave, David, etc). My350z.com is awesome and our mods are doing what they should be.

Tony (would play mod)

They just talk about goats, Raceboy and reminisce about days gone past. They are useless against Noobs.

I agree. These moderators do this on their own time and do not get paid. Thousands of posts are made daily and I commend them for doing what they are doing. If there is something that is not "approved" of, 99% of the time, it is in OFF TOPIC and that is a choice. If you don't go in that area, you should have nothing to complain about.

I know a lot of us non-mod forum members do a fine job making people feel stupid for posting stupid ****. Good enough that they'll stop posting (cough... modified350z... cough). A lot of the stuff the mods don't even need to be involved in. It's already been said, we're (well, for the most part) grown-*** people. We don't need our mothers or babysitters on teh intrawebz.
