i think it would be crazy to try to converse or keep up there are too many members for that. Maybe if it were in sections or something but 500 people trying to talk at once would be kinda overwhelming.

 

are we myspace now... arent there enough damn ways to chat online..

I don't think we are in need of an IRC channel. IRC is mainly used for, like stated above, the gaming world. (CS/CSS/TF2/etc.)

Also, it would be kinda pointless imo to have it. What can you do on IRC that you can do here?

 

you can't tell your compuer illiterate friends you just came out of an IRC Channel to sound l33t as they have that baffled confused look on their face switched over the feeling that you are a computer GOD
