Premier Member Status not working

Default Premier Member Status not working

I need something verified about a Premier Membership. I signed up for a one a couple weeks ago and the system processed my request. I had set up a PayPal account and linked it to my bank account, and I used that account to pay for a Lifetime Membership using a credit card. That worked and I was shown to be a Premier Member.

A few days later I checked and for some reason it showed I was not a premier member, even though I kept my custom avatar and title. The bank account did not show my credit card had been charged so I sent another request in and paid a SECOND time, thinking that it did not go through the first time. Again, the system showed me as a Premier Member for a couple of days...and then it was back to normal.

And there were TWO charges for $90.00 being charged to my VISA to "G35Driver." I was VERY confused as to what had happened and why my credit card charges had been processed but apparently my Premier Membership had not been activated. I have paid off this balance to avoid being charged interest on the balance, but overall I'm rather disturbed about the situation.

Is it possible to look into this issue as to whether my two payments of $90.00 were processed? If so, would it be possible to activate my Premier Membership and get a refund of the second $90.00 I paid since I was unsure if it had passed the first time? I have the credit charges and email notifications that the payments were processed to prove this actually happened. I would appreciate any help, I'd just like to avoid paying a total of $180 for a Premier membership that so far hasn't worked.
