blackline, did you ever refund me back the $15.50 for the second payment i sent you? you told me you would give me a refund because there wasnt enough demand for a second batch (this was back in august). my paypal history shows nothing about receiving the refund. let me know thanks

hey guys, some of them left as late as monday due to waiting for certain vinyl colors to get in, so yours should be to you soon, and others have them already. if you're waiting for more than a month though, then yours should have already been fulfilled, PM or email at sales@blacklinems.com and we'll straighten it out
