I've been trying to get this resolved also. Sorry about the inconvenience. I'll again remind IB to address this.

For the time being, give me the EXACT code to be put into your sig (including your existing codes and now whatever is to be edited/added), and PM it to me. I'll go ahead and change it manually from my end. Plus, I don't have a limit when I edit sigs.

 

Mine doesn't work either...come to think of it, it hasn't for a few months now, I just give up each time I try to update it. PM'ing you in a minute 3hree5ive0ero

It's weird that some people are still having issues, while most don't. I think it's because some of you guys are trying to update your signatures with things that aren't allowed by our signature rules.


Example: gthompson097, you had a picture in your signature which exceeds the signature limitations (most likely.. it didn't load up for me), so you couldn't update it. I updated your signature without the picture link.

Since it's the holidays, don't expect all the issues to be resolved right away. Recently, we've been having issues with the servers (I'm sure most of you experienced what that was like for a couple of days), so I'm assuming these recent problems are all related. Just give it a bit more time. I know IB is working on the servers.

I hope you're kidding (saw your previous "edits").
And look at post 21. I don't recall you contacting me, otherwise your issue would've been at least temporarily corrected. Right now, I don't know if even I could change everything that I used to be able to change.

The "recent issues" I was referring to was the server issue where nobody was able to post, send PMs, or upload pictures. 2 of those issues have now been fixed and the 3rd one is being worked on.

The signature issue had been fixed a while back and was working for most people as long as they were adhering to our signature rules. Maybe our recent server issue caused the sigs to act up again, I don't know.

I'm sorry the forum isn't 100%, but IB is doing all they can at the moment to rectify the issue(s).

 

It seems that majority of our issues have been resolved. At the moment, the only problem left that we are aware of is uploading onto the server (avatars, attachments, etc). I will update you guys as I find out more from IB.

If you're still having issues with updating signatures, please check the rules and try again. If it still doesn't work and you're sure that you're adhering to our signature rules, just shoot me a PM and we'll get things worked out.

Ok, I've been in constant contact with IB Adrian who has been working on fixing the avatar issue and it seems to have been fixed. I'm uploading a test image as an attachment to this post to further test the upload function.

still the same issue with the signature.. i've tried adding a word to it, and it didn't work. it just goes to a blank page and the status bar says Done.

Weird, I tested both in 3 different threads before making my post earlier today and I just tested them again now. It seems to be working for me and I was changing it the same way you guys would.
