DON'T use paypal.Its called the bait and switch.They ask for a part agrees with what he wants.Complains 2 months later then files a chargeback on the credit card.Watch out for all the loop holes paypal doesn't cover aswell that your not covered for.Scammers look for these holes and get in to your pocket by exploiting them. Then they change screen names,replace modems and get new IP's.

If you look at the last name BEWARE if the last name is Minervini and lives in the state of MA.This is not his first time scamming people.
