Back to the original post.............people just get brave when they feel like their protected by 1000 miles of phone lines.....it's like those people that will flip you off when you have to merge in front of them.......they feel safe because their behind you........if you start chasing them down the freeway yelling at them to pull over, they will quickly find an exit and bravely retreat.........*cough*.....umm, i mean that's what i think they would do in that situation

Jon is right about the similarity between rude user and troll.....it's the same thing......rude trolls and rude users should be handled the same way
