Default Readme please... its important

To whom it may concern;

"Chinny", a member of your forums, has defaulted on our agreement. I purchased an item...a turbo-x exhaust system. I sent the money through paypal, but I have not received the exhaust system for some time now. I've written to Chinny, but "Chinny" has not responded to my emails, or private messages. I am very concerned about this, in as I thought that this person would have been honest. It appears that I have taken. I paid $525.00, and I have gotten nothing to show for it. I live in Spain, and already, my respect for americans in general has been sacrificed by this incident.

I am an honest person, and I expected the same from "Chinny". If there is anyone in My350.com who can help me to resolve this problem, I would truly appreciate your help. If "Chinny" has been ill, or if there is any other reason why I have not received what I paid for, then I am sorry, but thus far, it appears that I have been deceived if I do not hear from "Chinny". I am very worried about what has happened here.

I would appreciate if an owner or a moderator of My350.com would respond to this letter.

Thank you,

Jorge

He's been on today.

Might be best to include the for sale thread in question. Not sure how smart of a scammer he would be if that's his real license plate in the picture

I would recommend a PayPal claim to start. May or may not work though. Did you use your credit card through PayPal? If so, file a merchant charge back through your credit card company.

When I buy stuff from private parties and they don't ship within two weeks, I file a PayPal claim, then I file a Police Report Affidavit. I even do this to our customers that say they never received the product even though they have signed for it.

Amazing, how we always with any claim through PayPal.

If he is trying to scam you, he now has committed internet fraud. File a claim with Interpol, I'm sure he will enjoy that phone call.

Hi, I'm a friend of Jorge. Whatever happened here will be resolved. I also recommended that he go to PayPal to make a claim, which he did. They are now researching it, and have told him that it should all be taken care of.

"Chinny" hasn't responded to Jorge's emails and PM's, so rightly, Jorge is a bit concerned.

Kisses guys...thanks for your feedback.

Many Hispanics are "American" (i.e. U.S. citizens by birth or naturalization), BTW. American refers to every person that has been born between Canada & Argentina (or Uruguay, whichever is the southernmost country!)

¡Tíralo al medio, hermano, tíralo al medio! Si es un Latino, verguenza (lo siento, no encontré la "u" con diéresis) debía darle.

This thread is about a bad transaction, not about political correctness and the definition of "American."

Hola mi amigo. No te preocupes...por todos somos humanos y podemos a hacer los errores. Espero que ¨Chinny¨ ha resuelto sus dificultades y puede a compensar, sino solamente con una apología sería algo mejor que no contestar para nada.

besitos,

junes
