Click the go advanced button and then click the manage attachments buttons. I circled both of them for you in the screen captures so you can find them.

 

or if the pic is hosted or on google, flickr, yada yada... copy the image location, press the little yellow button with the mountains, paste the image location and viola

 

Attach them or host/link them.
