Exclamation Post Count drop? Can't figure out why? Read this

As most of you who actually read announcements and stickies at the top of each section already know, the Private Classifieds have new rules in place.

Each and every thread must have
-Pictures of the items being sold
-a piece of paper with your screen name and the date written on it.

As of 01 May 2009 these rules will apply to all existing threads within the private classifieds. Not just the newly created ones.

In preparation for the upcoming change, all threads that are not current Feb 2009 and older and being purged from the section. On 01 May 2009 any thread that does not meet the requirements to sell on this forum will also be deleted.

Well at least I don't have to make a thread asking why I just lost 150 posts overnight...

Looks the same to me. Don't do that.

And post counts should not and does not matter. I should just reset everybody's post count to 0.

I understand the need for items that need to be shipped. But does that apply for items that are for pickup?

local for sale sections in the regionals are not included. only things posted in the private classifieds section.

I would say every time someone gripes about their post count or is found post whoring we reset to 0 or 1 (with the exception of you know who)

Make it a general announcement
