Huge slowdowns and "page down" errors

I've been getting these the past week or so. The site is extremely slow now, and sometimes rather than a page loading, it gives me the "this page is unavailable, IB has been notified."

What's going on with this????

I rebuilt the turbos this morning - any change guys? It should lag less and build more boost.
