I have contact with a guy who is selling the rear wiper plugs in color matched factory paint. He didn't know about the forum but i mentioned he could possibly get some hits here on the site as i haven't seen anyone who is still color matching the plugs anywhere on the web. Much less anyone here.

Any way is it legit for me to do a review for his product post pics of the install and give his contact info or does he have to be a sponsor?

Pleaz let me know, and where would i post such a review to be legit (exterior mods?)

This would almost be A DIY instruction set with contact info of where i got my the part.

Wow so much for people helping people? But yet i can tell you what website to go buy rims or what shop i visited in my hometown and review my experience? i mean he isn't making more than $15 per each one of these. It would be more or less hey look i bought this product from this person and it looks like this... and the color match looks like this.. with pics.

Can't you still do everything you mentioned short of providing contact info on your friend? You can see how many people reply to your thread and how many PMs you get asking about it. That would be a good gauge of the level of interest there is. If a lot of people ask then it would be worth him becoming a sponsor.

 

yea theres some interest im sure. I mean i would rather have a color matched plug than a black abs plastic one especially on my PPW. What im going to do is write up a DIY and see how much interest it gets.

 

Just do the review and post pics and such but just dont say anything about PMing you.

Just refer them via PM. I dont think the mods can access that but im probably wrong.

 

 

there is always email but im not worried if it gets good results i am sure he will become a sponsor.
