We need a test forum

I considered it in the past but came up to these conclusions from my experience with these boards.
1. People post ***** in the test forum
2. We have a "preview" feature. You shouldn't need to test when you can preview.

Ive been on a few other forums..mainly audiworld.com and audizine.com and no post whoreing in the test forum much most of the PW occurs in the Off topic forum where there is a bit more freedom.
