Are you asking how to resize or how to post an avatar?
If it is resizing, then you'll need some sort of imaging program (e.g., Photoshop). If you don't have that type of program, attach your pic here, and someone will resize it for you.
If it is about posting an avatar, go to your user profile.

Right-click the avatar image and Save As... to your desktop.
Click on Control Panel in the corner of the my350z Web page.
Click on the link called Edit Options.
Scroll all the way down to Avatar. Click Change Avatar.
Scroll all the way down to "You can upload an avatar from your computer" and then click Browse.
Find your avatar image on your Desktop and press OK.
The rest should be easy.

Good info here, thanks especially to Richard 350z for the tip on MS Paint. I was using MS photo editor and when I resized my pic it made the quality terrible. Thanks again everybody.
