Whats the point of posting in the main marketplace only to say local sale only. Why cant they just post in their regional marketplace?

 

Because not everyone browses their respective regional marketplace.

 

Technically, if they listed their ad in the Marketplace, they should be willing to ship. Local sale only threads should be in Regional Marketplace.

If you see those, you can report those threads so a moderator can move them to their respective regional marketplace forums.

 

This is sooo annoying when you are shopping for parts... I've started reporting them.

 

To let us know that we cannot buy the item.

I agree, but on rare occasions some would be willing to drive to another region for a specific part (practical trips involving some of the smaller regions). I've driven down to the Mid-A a couple times for some great local pickup deals.

 

^And people can go look in the Regions of other places if they want. I just don't want to see a sweet deal on a CF Hood that is in SoCal and the guy refuses to ship. It's annoying as hell. I'm about to comb the MP and report them all....
