I just had a few questions to ask about buying off the classified here at My350z. I have purchased quite a few things and it went great. But I did manage to forget about an item or two and never received. They say stuff like I will refund you and they never do.

Well just recently I purchased or should I say paypaled some funds out less then $100.00 for an item. Well over ten days have gone by no info if it has been shipped or anything. I sent quite a few pms back and forth the individual has a feedback rating and so forth. But only info I have gotten so far is I am busy will get them out when I can.....

Any ideas about what to do next??? Is this fairly normal????? I am not sure it has been around a year I guess since I purchased something from here. Is this now the new norm?? Send cash and wait???

If I sell something, I ship it the same day or next and forward the tracking info. In a couple cases I gave fair warning if I couldn't ship it that quick....I'd expect the same when buying something. My 2 cents

 

+1 its never taken me more than 2 or 3 days to this anything out. i usually ship next day or the day after though.

no excuse for delayed shipping with no notice given.

 

If you are too busy to ship, then you should be too busy to sell and to take the money. IMHO he is a dirtbag

 

the longest it has ever taken me was 3 days to ship something out and I had given notice when selling it was in storage so I had to retrieve once sale was made.

I would file a dispute with paypal ....get my $$ back and never do business again with him.. dont let it delay ANY longer.. dont let them give you a tracking # and you close the dispute BEFORE you get the item. Close the dispute when you recieve the item and AFTER you are satisfied..

I either ship same day or next day - and ALWAYS keep in contact. I know folks get busy but screw 10 days action..thats BS..

I have bought/sold on here, rx7club, fleabay, and others. Anytime I sell I ship out within 3 days, usually next day. Anytime I buy I expect a tracking # withing 3 days.
I've only had 1 transaction go south and that was on half.com and I've never used them again since they assured my I would get the funds, even though I emailed them with concern the buyer may be a scammer. Last time I took the advice of anyone but myself in a financial transaction, but I got my money because my bank took care of it.

OP what part(s) is it that you got burned on?? I personally believe in shipping within 3 days and provide a tracking number as promised.

 

I've yet to have a problem but I personally hate waiting for things... so its kinda like the Golden Rule.. do unto others.. blah blah blah, u know the rest. GL OP
