staggered wheel size question

staggered wheel size question
Im about to order wheels this week im going for a pretty aggressive not to flush look but was wondering if anyone knows of a wheels brand thats kinda affordable that might have some large lips like 4-5 inch not just the normal staggered wheels with a 3 inch rear lip
