Default Problem Viewing Pictures

I am having a problem viewing some pictures on this website. For example, the pictures on the home page and in the wheel gallery do not appear and show only white boxes with a red "x" in them. Pictures contained within posts do appear correctly though. Mike W. suggested that I try disabling the firewall in Norton Internet Security and I also added www.my350z.com as a trusted site in Norton's "Internet Zone Control." Yet neither of these actions corrected the problem.

Can anyone provide me with any help for this problem? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue (can't view pics hosted on the site but others work fine) and have raised it before and didn't get a response. It's definitely to do with the firewall but there's no way I'm disabling that.

I believe there's something in the code that's being used to count picture views that's causing the problem. I don't expect it to be fixed so just live with it. Annoying I know.

EDIT: I'll just add it's not just the Norton firewall. I've tried it with several and if they're properly configured that problem is there.

Just delete all of your cookies in your temporary internet files and this should solve the problem.

Doesn't for me, tried that a long time ago. The fact is that it's doing something the firewall doesn't like and so it gets blocked. Not a big deal really, just be nice if it were fixed.

I tried deleting cookies and internet files. Didn't work. Any other suggestions? Isn't there a way to use a firewall provided by Microsoft in Windows or IE and unistall Norton for a short period of time just so I can look at the gallery?

Thanks in advance.

I have the Windows XP firewall enabled AND I have Zone Alarm running, and I have never had any problem viewing pics.

Did you check the security setting on Windows? Maybe that has something to do with it?
