Can't post pictures or can't start a thread?

Did you see the big notice at the top of every page "Do you have questions? Trying to post in the Marketplace? Need help?"

I don't have the issue but everytime in the past i clicked on marketplace faq's it returned this "JaE35z, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

 

The announcement had expired. I reset it so you should be able to see it now.

Lol really i am so tired of seen worthless "help me thread" and dreamers wantin some advice on z's they are looking at. You mods and admins should make that happen im sure you guys are tired of locking,banning and deleting stupid threads.

 

I understand 90 days would be pretty long to not be able to make a thread so how about a week then?? That way they can start to get familiar with the website and browse it more and do some old fashion reading rather than typing a question in hopes of getting a quick answer...
