This is rediculous.. I have the same links in my sig as these people.. just because you are predjudice against my site is very childish.. I am hosting pics on my website of MY CAR.. just as these people are and linking to other sites.. If you havent noticed alot of people are beginning to complain about your site.. it was once a good place to come.. but things like this that you pull make it a crappy website.

i have to agree with Toy on this one. most everyone here is here for the love of the 350Z. if information can't be found on one site it should be ok to post it from another source, it is called helping each other out, not "spamming". This board is not the only Z board out there. It may be the biggest but remember it is only that way because of the members. you start to alienate them you lose respect and integrity.

 

to talk trash on another board about another board and then using that board is hypocrisy and stupidity.

 

in all seriousness mike, toy has what appears to be a valid complaint and should be addressed, not made fun of or by name calling.

 

I agree with Toykilla's point. No one is bashing your website, its just that some people have had some major and legitimate complaints with the way they have been treated on this website. Mostly, that of not being able to host links to other websites other than within this one. If someone was interested in my car, the only place that I have pictures of them are on a different website and if someone cares to look at it they have every right to do so. It promotes the knowlege of the Z and shares information that some people would not otherwise get a chance to see. That was the whole point of this website when you started to create it, so why would you become biased in how this information is spread throughout the fellow Z community? Just sharing my $0.02 about this situation.

hmm from marketing perspective this could help 350z.com - why not allow linking of the sites. If your site is the biggest then why worried?

He keeps taking out links in my sig that link to threads within the forum, but because he's protecting thieving vendors, he takes them out .

Yes Victor why is it OK to Link other pics but toykilla isn't allowed to link his? You really need to start explaining your actions with intelligent answers. You see someday when you get older you'll have to take responsibility for your actions. Its pretty apparent that you have alot of things or money handed to you by someone since you are fairly young and according to your sig you have alot of money invested in your vehicles. Apparently whoever raised you chose to go this route. I found out that this route, although having some benefits, usually leads to becoming spoiled and always having your way. Well thats not how it is in the real world.
Actions taken by someone ,"you", that the majority of the members of my350z feel that you have taken unjustly deserve an explanation. Instead of ignoring or giving a totally immature responce why don't you "debate" it with the members?

People are going to disagree with you in life and you won't just be able to ban them or give them a strike.

Start learning to stand up for you actions.

 

i say to everyone that we should!! i know that not everyone will leave but if you get a few of the big guys here that will make a difference, IMO!1 since i have been here this board has been down numerous amounts and it is very slow which we all know!

 

I gotta say, had the same problem with "Mike".

Removed our SoCal banner off of my sig. cuz it was "an ad" as he said. PMed and explained to him that it was no ad, and does not represent any store or company. It was just a banner that our SoCal group made up. and I still see others having it in their sig. He replied was that it will still be asked to be taken off with all others. Days went by; it seems to be only some of the individuals included myself was "picked" by Mike to remove the banner. While others(the older members) still kept theirs. Until, one member posted a thread about this problem and got many concerned feedbacks...Mike decided to apologize and state the excuse that he wasn’t aware that the banner was not an ad. Phatmitzu, the problem here is i own a 350z site .. when it started off Mike checked it out and actually PMed me saying it was a good site .. but after the site developed more , he got scared and now will not let me mention my site (threatens to ban me).. or link to my gallery with my pictures.. It is really sad and shallow.

Oh yeah, he threatened to ban me even if other people mention my site!! how pathetic is that.

 

350ZFrenzy's been around A LOT longer than any site other than this one, and not once since it's creation has anyone ever had an issue along the lines of "them versus us." Just a thought--arguments are never one sided.
