I'm having issues with my PM service. I received 3 email notices that it was full after people tried to send me PM's but when I went to my inbox on this site it said it was only 7.33% full. Any idea why it's doing this? Is there a fix? Thanks

You have to clear out the ones in the outbox and also clear all of the "message tracking" ones as well. This will open up the space you need to get more PMs.
