Default Who has the best prices on APS TT

Hello,

I am in the market for a TT, after hours of research I decide to go with the APS TT. Can somebody tell me how has the best prices on the APS TT kit.

Thank You!

The official dealer on these forums is http://www.strictlyz.com

They had an intro price for the first 100 kits. TO MY KNOWLEDGE those kits were all sold, and I think the regular pricing is somewhere between $8,000-$8,500....contact a few vendors or APS to get a list of vendors and call around. Some may have cancelled pre-orders in stock.

All prices should be the same from all authorized dealers.

Let me know if you want in on our next order. We need to fax it soon.

Yeah......they should be but the reality is - THEY ARE NOT! Some dealers will try and make you eat some of the cost of shipping from Australia. Make sure you shop around before putting your money down!

Yes they will cause they shouldn't have to deal with eating it themselves. I don't know any dealers that would actually eat that much money.

Many places make you pay shipping for whatever you purchase. This isn't any different. Coming from Australia and being a large (heavy) package makes it much more than usual.

I know that all of the prices for the APS kit are at best the same price (actual retail price), they are not allowed to be lowered beyond that or APS will void their dealers license.

Also, these kits are actually starting to be hard to come by because so few were shipped out. My sponsor has a few left for the minimal retail price and will offer free shipping to whoever buys it. Contact me via a PM for details if you are interested. I would post the name of my sponsor and their website, but I fear that I might get banned for doing so.

Wow! That price went up quick. From $7200.00 to $7,900.00 to $8,500.00.
Great kit (from what everyone who's selling it says) but holy break the bank batman!

No that's not correct. The price for the APS TT system has NOT risen at all, in fact the $7490 price was a special release price.

Not sure where you got those prices from speedform though let me clarify the pricing for you and others.

The special release price was and still is $7490 (normal MSRP $8200) and this special price will be held over for the Feb 05 APS TT system production.

Given the very high pressure on the US dollar v the Australian dollar, APS TT system prices will rise unless the US dollar strengthens significantly or the Aussie dollar weakens dramatically (or preferably both together in the very near future).

I trust this clarifies the price issue as APS is committed to providing exceptional value for money and unsurpassed performance for the Z car.

Thanks

Peter

I contacted four authorized APS dealers getting quotes for the APS TT system. I found it to be the exact opposite Victor. In other words I only found one authorized APS dealer asking the customer to eat the shipping cost from Australia. So yes.... as business would dictate... you can pay more (if you like) or less...just shop around people.

Vic, will people really get banned for offering to sell APS kits through a non-board-sanctioned company?

Thanks for the pricing update Peter. The prices I quoted were from a previous post (see above) and a couple prices I received from vendors. Anyway, I'm just going to shut-up now and start saving

Thank you every one!!! Specially to Peter (APS)

Not only his APS product is better than the Greddy, his support is much better. He answer all my question and also give me recommendation, since I make the mistake of going automatic . I sent my transition to level ten after his recommendations and the only thing I have to say is WOW! What a difference, I am ready for TT now. Anyway why I am say all this junk is, because I contact Greddy on the phone literary after I told the person that my car was auto he rudely answer back to me (we do not maker TT for the auto and we do not have any plans!) and hang up the phone. Probably he had a bad day

Here is the photo of what is going to be the first Roadster/Auto/levelten/APS TT in the USA! (I HOPE!!! LOL!)

If everything works out fine after the installation and couple month of testing I am going to send a photo to Greddy just to let them know that they loose a customer.

Again Thx!
