Pictures of my new block!!!!!!!
Actually, gurgen didnt get the AEBS stroker kit. He bought the AEBS sleeves. They are bored out standard size....3.5L. But my point was that becuase the walls are so fricken thick and solid, you have MUCH more room to bore out further...if that is what you wanted. Its a way of increasing displacement and power, without resorting to something as drastic and expensive as the stroker kit.

hey Guys
thanks for the comments. Like sharif sad, I didn't get the full stroker, the bore size is 3.760, perfect to fit the 3.757 stoc size pistons. Just boring it out yields about 3.8-3.9 L. It's the increased stroke (thanks to the $3K crank) that brings the displacement to 4.2L. Of course, I can always decide to get the crank and bore out the sleeves even more (slapping myself across the face for even thinking this..) if I blow my engine again. LOL

All well and good to bore the sh*t out of the sleves, but ................where are you going to get head gaskets?????
I've looked into it, and as to my knowledge, NO ONE makes them!
Please prove me wrong!

cosmetic head gasket?
if you increase your bore size don't you have to machine the combustion chamber of the heads to match the larger bore?
