Default Need help initializing E-manage

Can anyone help guide me on how to initialize my E-manage with my E-01? My add injector map is all 0's and would like to enter the base Greddy maps that I found on here. And also help me import/export whatever I need to import/export. Or do I even need to do it at all? I have been getting boost spikes, dunno if it was because of that or my E-01 settings. I even turn off my E-01 boost controller and still gets boost spikes over 5.6 psi's.

Just goto parameters and then inialize

Then enter those stock values you have in the add injector map.

Then goto parameters again and change injector scaling to 280-440cc

And make sure you boost cut limiter is set to 5.0V across the board.

Just the ignition on.

I assume you have the USB cable connecting the e01 to the emanage?

and careful if you have the ignition harness connected as well....

disconnect it from the eManage before changing these settings...so you wont burn the coils.

remember the coils will fry if you leave the key in the ok position.

I dont have the ignition harness on. that is the ignition timing harness right? Cause if it is, it is not connected. The shop installed it but when it was on, they couldnt get the rpm signal working so we had to take it off. Would it be ok for me to leave the USB cable always connected to the E-manage and the E-01? By saying leave it on "on" that means dont start the car right?

if you dont have the ignition harness connected to the eManage, then you can leave your key in the on position and the engine not running. It will not do any harm. KOEO (Key-On-Engine-Off)

Yes, always keep the USB cable connected from the e-01 to the eManage. That is how the two units communicate with one another.

I have had the USB cable sitting in the glove compartment ever since the install was done. Damn I didnt know that I should leave it connected. I am going to try and initialize it tomorrow. Is there any way I can get in contact with you during the process GQ?

I have tried leaving the USB cable connected to the E-manage, but when I start the car, I dont get no RPM or boost signals. But when I do take it out, it works perfectly fine.
