ur saying the actual pulley broke into pieces and not the belt? damn my friends car had the cog pulley break off w/the end of the jackshaft, do u have ne pictures?

i thought the 5th gear is the best to do a dyno runn !!! i heard its 1:1 .

Thats strange, i've had my cog pulley break off too... Must be from over-tightening the cog belt. What sucks is if i'ts too loose, the blower makes this weird noise/vibration that resonates throughout the car.

Ugh. Time for a few watercooled turbos

Ive found if you have about 1/2 inch play , both ways and can [ with effort ] be able to turn the tentioner pulley by hand . That seem to be the best place for it .
