I am planning on getting the stillen sc. If I dont buy the kit from Stillen directly and I get the xtended warranty, if something were to happen to the engine will Stillen still cover the problem since I didnt buy the setup directly from them? Does anyone have any recomendations on where to buy the kit. Thanks

 

Just out of curiosity.....why Stillen? I just like to see other peoples perspectives, not trying to flame at all. Sorry that I cant answer your question.

 

Paul at AvalonRacing sells the Stillen SC kit, and its a better price than Stillen direct. Yes warranty is covered if purchased from another dealer.

 

Im guessing he's going with Stillen, because its carb.certified, and the only FI kit that offers engine warranty. Have not yet heard of STillen Stage 2 kits blowing engines, probably because its set at a very safe boost and not tuneable. Not feeling that Stillen hood though.

 

Have a brand new Stillen hood painted chrome silver for sale. $300 takes it!

 

Reliability is more important than power to me. I want as much power as I can get without creating many headaches, it sounds like the stillen kit is the best at this. If you go with much more power than this you will probanly want to get into the suspension to get the car to handle the way it should. I already have the hood, thanks anyway.

 

Like the guy above said, but it from Avalon Racing. You can still get the warranty. Stillen has monthly 'group buy' sales, and they even extend to their authorized vendors. ( a couple months ago they were giving the hood for free with supercharger purchase)

 

Has anyone had any experience with everything350.net. they gave me a price that I thought was fair for the kit, if I bought it from them today.

 

They are a sponsor on this forum so I would trust them. My kit should be arriving from them sometime next week. I had a few questions regarding my kit and they put me in contact with their Stillen Rep. who was very helpful.
